Name of Proposed Project:

	CNU/ITE Network Recommendations

Goals for Proposed Project:

Just as we recommend specific thoroughfare solutions with dimensional detail for varying traffic volumes and urban in context zones, what networks can we recommend for various context zones, ADT requirements, etc? How do we recommend networks that will allow sustainable, desirable residential borders between the intersections of arterials, particularly in less economically robust communities?

Outcome/Result/Products:

Desirable ADT Volumes on the network by hierarchy. This should be tied to identifying recommended network patterns that are actually sustainable from the bordering land use point of view.
How can we have tight walkable retail and commercial zones at primary arterial intersections yet have a pleasant, non-hostile, residential zone on the in-between sections of the arterial?

Methodology/objectives:

Experts on network and residential land use sustainability and retail requirements need to tackle

Measures of Success:

	MPOs change their network requirements.

Resources Needed:

	Expert Task Force

Potential Partners:

 	ITE, APA
