We will continue with rating system development and stakeholder outreach following the pattern and structure we have already established.

In terms of market analysis, we will collaborate with the LEED-ND Partners and other interested organizations in order to obtain better market data. Urban Land Institute has agreed to help us analyze the developer side of the equation, and the American Planning Association will be a good source for information on both municipalities and planners. We hope to complete comprehensive market research which will answer many of the preceding questions during the second and third quarters of 2005. We plan to use the second LEED-ND Core Committee retreat in late 2005 to develop a business model for delivery of the certification system.
